Note: Currently, RanexisEdu offers free educational content. This policy will apply to any
future paid subscriptions or premium features.
2. Free Content
All current content on RanexisEdu is provided free of charge:
- No payment required for access to courses, videos, and study materials
- Users may see advertisements to support the platform
- No refunds are applicable as no payment is made
3. Future Paid Services
If we introduce premium subscriptions or paid courses in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have not consumed more than 20% of the paid content
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing the content
- The content was significantly different from what was advertised
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You have accessed/downloaded more than 20% of the content
- You changed your mind or no longer need the course
- You failed an exam (we provide study materials, not guaranteed results)
- Technical issues on your end (poor internet, incompatible device)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
4. Subscription Cancellations
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund if canceled within 7 days and less than 20% content consumed
- After 7 days: Prorated refund for unused months (minus processing fees)
- Minimum 30-day usage before any prorated refund

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for paid services (when available):
Step-by-Step Process:
- Email us at refunds@ranexis.com
- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Order/Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (screenshots of issues, etc.)
- Wait for email confirmation (within 3 business days)
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
7. Payment Method-Specific Refunds
7.1 Google Play Store (Android)
- In-app purchases may be subject to Google Play's refund policy
- Request refunds through Google Play within 48 hours for automatic approval
- After 48 hours, contact us directly for review
7.2 UPI/Debit/Credit Cards
- Refunds processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank-specific delays may apply (7-14 days total)
7.3 Net Banking/Wallets
- Refunded to the original wallet or bank account
- Instant to 3 business days depending on provider
8. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Significant technical issues affecting a portion of content
- Course updates removed content you paid for
- Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions (after 7-day window)
9. Exceptions and Special Cases
9.1 Technical Issues
If you experienced technical problems:
- Contact support first for troubleshooting
- Document the issue with screenshots/screen recordings
- Full refund available if we cannot resolve the issue
9.2 Unsatisfactory Content Quality
If content quality doesn't match description:
- Must be reported within 7 days
- Provide specific examples of discrepancies
- We may offer replacement content or refund
10. No Refund for Violation
Important: No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated for violating our
Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Sharing account credentials
- Downloading/redistributing content
- Using unauthorized third-party tools
- Abusive behavior or fraud
11. Currency and Processing Fees
- All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment gateway fees (2-3%) are non-refundable
- You will receive the amount minus processing fees
