Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Payment was deducted but service was not provided due to technical error
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order
- Service was cancelled before delivery/completion
- The service provided was significantly different from what was promised
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Services already delivered/completed
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Services in progress beyond 24 hours
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
3. Refund Timeline
- Request Processing: 1-2 business days
- Approval Notification: 2-3 business days
- Refund Initiation: Within 5-7 business days of approval
- Bank Credit: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
Total estimated time: 7-14 business days from request
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Delivery: Full refund minus processing fees (if applicable)
After Service Initiated: Partial refund based on work completed
Cancellation Fees:
- Within 1 hour of payment: No fee
- 1-24 hours: 10% cancellation fee
- After 24 hours: 25% cancellation fee
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at: refunds@ranexis-edu.com
- Include:
- Order/Transaction ID
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- UPI: Direct to your UPI ID
- Credit/Debit Card: To the same card
- Net Banking: To the source account
7. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but transaction shows as failed:
- Amount will be auto-reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days
- No refund request needed for failed transactions
- Contact us if amount is not reversed after 7 days
